There are primarily two ways to download the receipts and invoices.
First way is through the dashboard billing page as described below.
Second way is through the payment gateway. (Please see the next step below)
Option one:
The history of credits added or the completed payments can be viewed within the Dashboard. There will now be an option to download the invoice as well
Log in to the Dashboard and click on "Billing"
2. Under "Billing" check for the option "History" and click on it
You will now be able to see a list of completed transactions and an option to download the corresponding invoice.

For payments using fastspring please use the below URL

Please modify the last part of the url with your order id to fetch the invoice.
