You can use the proxy directly in a browser or in an application that supports proxy setup.
Once the proxies are assigned to you, they can be downloaded in a .txt format ( Notepad file )
The proxy list can be downloaded from the Dashboard
Click on the "Products" tab in the Dashboard.
Check the product for which you wish to download the proxies and click on "Download
