In order to setup proxy on the Windows 10 operating system, first click on the Windows logo and search for change proxy settings

In the proxy settings window, scroll down to the Manual proxy setup section and make sure the option to use a proxy server is turned on.

Next, fill in the Address and Port fields with the desired endpoint, and click on save.
