Username based authentication for paid proxy

Username authentication is provided upon request for Premium and Private Proxies.

For Premium Proxies, Username and Password authentication can be provided as follows :

1-9 Proxies : 5 concurrent connections

10 Proxies and above : 50-500 concurrent connections depending on the number of proxies.
