Once the authentication type is changed to username based, the password for the proxy has to be added.
Access the "Account" tab and check for the option "Authorized Users"
2. Click on the "Authorized Users" tab and update the password
NOTE: After updating the password, allow 30 minutes for the changes to be effective.
