Once the payment is completed, the proxies are assigned immediately and the details are sent to your email address.
In case you didn't receive the proxy details, follow the below steps:

  1. Log in to the Dashboard and click on "Products" and check for the new product.

    2. If you didn't receive a validation email to log in to the Dashboard or if there is no               new product added, contact our 24x7 live support
