How to receive notification during downtime or expiry of proxies?

Step 1: Log in to your Dashboard using the link : Lime Proxies - Login

Step 2: Click on the drop-down beside your profile and select “Notifications”

Note: Use this link to directly open the “Notifications” page

Step 3: Choose the “Proxy outage alert” and “Product terminated/ Product terminating soon” notifications to receive alerts via email/sms, and click once on the slide icon to enable them

Note: Green slide/dot indicates the notification is “ON”

Step 4: Click on “Update” to save the changes

Now you will not miss any update or changes made to your account!

We suggest you have the notifications “ON” for all the alerts.
